Where we dive
Sites are picked each morning for the wind, the current and who is on the boat.
-
01
Ras Mohammed National Park
Shark & Yolanda Reef, walls that drop straight into the blue, and in summer the huge schools of snapper and barracuda the park is famous for.
-
02
Tiran Island
Jackson, Woodhouse, Thomas and Gordon — four exceptionally beautiful reefs. Living coral in perfect condition, eagle rays, turtles and current for those who want it.
-
03
SS Thistlegorm shipwreck
The Red Sea's most famous attraction — a British military ship lying at 30 m. An early start and a full-day trip, but worth every minute of it.
-
04
Local reefs of Sharm
Ras Katy, Temple, Near Garden, Turtle Bay — calm, shallow and close. Where courses, try dives and night dives happen.
-
05
Ras Umm Sid
A wall of gorgonian fans under the lighthouse, clouds of glassfish and turtles that barely bother to move out of your way.
-
06
Dahab & the Blue Hole
A day trip north along the coast: the Blue Hole, the Bells and the canyon at El Qura — and lunch by the water in Dahab afterwards.

Why Sharm Caribe
What you actually get
There is no shortage of dive centres in Sharm. Here is what makes the difference on the day.
-
20 years in these waters
Our dive instructors have been diving these waters for two decades. They know where the current turns at Jackson, which site is worth doing today, and where the turtles actually are.
-
Three languages, no interpreter
Briefings, safety instructions and jokes in English, Italian or Russian. Understanding your guide underwater is a safety feature, not a convenience.
-
Small groups
A guide for a handful of divers, not a crowd behind a flag. More time on the reef, less time waiting for the last person to sort out their weights.
-
Safety first
Checked equipment, a proper buddy check before every entry, dive profiles and a briefing that covers what to do if something goes wrong.
-
Hotel pick-up
We collect you from your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh and bring you back. Tell us where you are staying and we will confirm the pick-up time.
-
Photo & video of your dive
Ask your guide and we will shoot your dive — especially worth it on a first try dive, when your own memory of it will be mostly bubbles.
Simple
How booking works
No forms, no deposits taken online, no waiting for an email reply. One WhatsApp message and a person answers.
-
1
Message us on WhatsApp
Tell us your dates, which hotel you are staying at, how many people, and whether anyone has dived before.
-
2
We suggest a program
Based on your level, the season and the forecast we propose the right sites or the right tour — and tell you honestly if a day is not worth doing.
-
3
We confirm the details
Price, what is included, pick-up time and place, what to bring. Everything agreed in writing before you commit to anything.
-
4
You show up and enjoy it
We handle equipment, boat, permits and lunch. You get in the water — or in the jeep — and we take care of the rest.

Frequently asked questions
Anything else — just ask on WhatsApp, we answer every question, even the ones that sometimes feel silly.
Not for a Discover Scuba try dive or for snorkelling — those are designed for people who have never dived. For recreational diving you need a certificate from any dive agency.
Yes — that is exactly what Discover Scuba Diving is for. You get a short briefing, practise breathing and clearing your mask in shallow water, and then your instructor stays physically with you for the whole dive, usually around 6 metres deep. Most people are grinning within two minutes.
Try dives normally start at 10 years old, and the full Open Water Diver course at 10 as well (with depth limits for juniors). Snorkelling and boat trips work for the whole family at any age. Tell us the ages of your children on WhatsApp and we will tell you exactly what is possible.
Diving involves a short medical questionnaire. Asthma, heart or lung conditions, epilepsy, recent surgery, diabetes and pregnancy need a doctor's clearance before you can dive. Also plan your flights: after diving you should not fly for at least 18–24 hours, so keep the last day before departure free.
The Red Sea is diveable all year. Water is around 22 °C in January–February and up to 28–30 °C in August–September; visibility is often 20–30 metres. Summer brings the big schooling fish to Ras Mohammed; winter is calmer, less crowded and needs a thicker wetsuit.
English, Italian and Russian — fluently, by the same dive masters who take you in the water. You will never be briefed in a language you only half understand.
It depends on the program, and we always spell it out before you book. A typical boat day includes equipment, tanks and weights, the guide, transfer from your hotel, lunch and drinks on board, plus national park fees where they apply. Anything extra — a private guide, camera rental, certification fees — is named up front.
Booking is by WhatsApp: message us, we agree the program and confirm the details in writing. Payment terms and accepted currencies are confirmed at that point — nothing is charged online and there is no deposit taken through this website.
Constantly. Snorkelling trips run alongside the dive boats, and the excursions — pyramids, Luxor, desert safari, Bedouin village — have nothing to do with diving. A common arrangement is one half of a couple diving while the other snorkels off the same boat.
Yes. Pick-up from hotels in Sharm El Sheikh is arranged for every trip — just send us the hotel name and we will confirm the time the evening before.
